Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through RMOMOUNT. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
01. Shipping & Charges
- Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs per order.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
02. Quotations
- Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and constitute an invitation to place an order.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, product, shipping, and contact information.
- Incorrect or incomplete information may result in an unsuitable product being supplied.
03. Order Acceptance
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- An order becomes binding once accepted by us, even if a separate order confirmation has not been received by the customer.
04. Order Conditions
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through RMOMOUNT.
- Any conflicting terms contained in customer purchase orders, forms, or other documents will not apply unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.
05. Order Cancellation & Returns
- Orders cannot be cancelled or returned without prior authorization from RMOMOUNT.
- Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.
- Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping and applicable insurance costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Return requests should reference the original order or invoice number.
- Customized, specially ordered, or used products may not be eligible for return.
- Any applicable core deposit will only be refunded when the returned item meets the requirements for refurbishment.

06. Delays
- Delivery and production times are estimates only.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
07. Bank & Payment Fees
- Generally, we do not charge additional fees for standard credit card payments.
- However, banks, card issuers, payment providers, or financial institutions may charge additional fees, including currency conversion or international transaction fees.
- Any such fees charged by the customer's financial institution are the customer's responsibility.
08. Account Statements
- Our invoices, order records, and account statements serve as records of amounts charged or owed in connection with an order.
- Where applicable, records issued or certified by our authorized representative will be considered valid unless there is a clear and demonstrable error.
09. Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, product names, images, and other intellectual property displayed on this website belong to RMOMOUNT, their respective manufacturers, or other applicable rights holders.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, RMOMOUNT is an independent aftermarket retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original vehicle manufacturers.
- Vehicle names, model names, and trademarks are used solely for product compatibility and identification purposes.
